Something Wild is set on the banks of the Tyenna River and is fortunate to have a family of three platypus living freely in the river's ponds. The very active platypus can be spotted throughout the day. Visitors have an 85 per cent success rate of seeing one or more of these wonderful creatures in their natural habitat. The beautiful bushland setting of Something Wild provides homes for several animals, including cuddly koalas, who munch away on eucalyptus leaves between naps. There are also wombats, Golden Possums, Squirrel Gliders, pademelons, Bennett's wallabies, Forester kangaroos and many, many more.
