Since its construction in 1817, Woolmers Estate has been part of the Archer family. Containing a collection from its first days to the present, the estate is a veritable 'time capsule'. Guided tours of the house and grounds are available and the Servants Kitchen offers light lunches and tea. Accommodation may be had in self-contained cottages that were once home to convicts who worked the land.
